How to open a store

I think I am very happy to tell everyone about this topic. My brother who had this experience few years ago and as his brother I was supporting him a lot. He opened a store that sold Chinese traditional breakfast bow. I gave him my ideas and physical help but I also learned a lot in this experience. We were always talking and arguing about that store all day long in that time, we did not want to make any decision curtly. As a spectator I know what problem he faced and how could he solve those problem. I also could hear some opinions that people who will not say to owner because they try to be nice. So now let me give you some steps to let you know how to open a store.

        Step 1: You should make a good product. Before my brother decided to open the store he went to learn how to make a delicious bow. After he learned how to make, he used many kinds of ingredients and ways to make bows, and try to find one that is the best one. This step cost him a year and I think it was worthy, because he knows everything about his products and full of confidence for that. Actually after he opened the store most of the reviews that customers gave him were good about his products, that was really inspiring him.

        Step 2: Find an appropriate place. We should know it impossible to sell products in an error area. So we started to think about who will eat breakfast every day, and children are our answer. He finally decided to open the store near a school that parents can buy food for their children when they send them to school. That was a good decision, and he has a stable customers from the first day. Once you aimed your main customer group, you should know which kind of service they want. For example, my brother's main customers need a fast service because people are always busy in the morning. So, he gives customer what they want very quickly is one tip that customers like him.

        Step 3: Prepare everything you need and try to make some advertise. This step is very complicated you have to think about what do you need when your store is opened such as tables, chairs, cookers, you have to think everything again and again in order to make sure that you will not ignore anything. Because sometimes a small mistake could cause you a huge lost. You also have to advertise your store in this step and offer some benefits to customers that let people know when will you open. If you are not a big company, to advertise on the newspaper or TV is unnecessary. Distributing leaflets that include some discounts before you open will be better for a small store.

        Finally when you opened a store and fell successful, do not too proud of yourself. The most important and hardest thing is how to keep you store good as usually, keep your service and products have the same quality anytime. Furthermore try to do another things to let your store getting better and better.

Food in my American experience!!

      When I was in Taiwan I liked to eat American food very much. But I always had meals at home, so it means I like to choose American restaurants when I was going out for meals. After I came to Chicago, in the first two months I felt very happy. Because I could see and eat American style food anywhere anytime, such as Hamburgers, hot dogs and pizza. I thought that was great, everything in the street is my favorite food. I regretted soon, I felt I really miss Chinese food. I started to find Chinese restaurant here in Chicago. I think compare to American food, Chinese food are much more diversified.
       Chinese food has many ways to cook, such us frying, boiling, stir frying and steaming. Sometimes we will use two or three ways to cook the same dish, that makes dishes have more flavors. The variety of food is the reason why I like Chinese food a lot. For example when you get into a Chinese restaurant you will see plenty of choices on the menu that you can choose for your meal. So, I always spent a lot of time for choosing what kind of dish that I want to eat today. But in American restaurant I just sit down and think hamburgers, hot dogs or pasta which do I want today. That is the most different point between them.

The crime

        Nowadays through newspaper, news on a television and the internet, we can see plenty of crimes happen every day in the world. But maybe sometimes you will be confused about what are the reasons that cause these crimes happen. Even here are many different types of crime in the world, but they can be simply classified to three different main reasons that let criminals have the motivation to break the law. these three reasons are money, interpersonal relationship and political issue.

        The first important reason that causes crimes is about money. According to researches the crime rate is associated with the economics and they have strong negative relation. There are some crimes that are caused by bad economics, such as robbery, theft, kidnapping and burglary. These kind of crimes increase when economics goes down, because people cannot find another way to survive. But there are another crimes are associated with money but no relation with economics, such as forgery, smuggling, fraud, extortion, bribery and embezzlement. In these crimes people commit crimes are in order to get money quickly and illegally with their special skills and knowledge.

        Second reason is about criminals interpersonal relationship. This reason is associated with criminals life such as a period of bad childhood memory, someone broke their heart heavily or they received bad affections and twisted their mind. For example, child abuse, stalking and rape, criminals did these crimes are not for the survival, they did these are for their weird hobbits. So this kind of crimes are hard to be prevented in advance and found after crimes.

        Third is political issue, many people who are crazy about politics so they have to find ways to express their opinions or protect their political status and benefits. For example murder, hijacking, terrorism, espionage and assassination. People who did these crimes are on purpose and sometimes they will cause very serious results. Criminals usually are not afraid of anything when they decided to do these kind of crimes. 911 is the most famous event that can be included into here.

        There are many crimes that I did not mention in previous paragraphs, but I think most of them can also be included into these three main reasons. As a normal person, try to be careful and noticed every unusual thing around us are the best way to avoid dangers.
