How to open a store

I think I am very happy to tell everyone about this topic. My brother who had this experience few years ago and as his brother I was supporting him a lot. He opened a store that sold Chinese traditional breakfast bow. I gave him my ideas and physical help but I also learned a lot in this experience. We were always talking and arguing about that store all day long in that time, we did not want to make any decision curtly. As a spectator I know what problem he faced and how could he solve those problem. I also could hear some opinions that people who will not say to owner because they try to be nice. So now let me give you some steps to let you know how to open a store.
        Step 1: You should make a good product. Before my brother decided to open the store he went to learn how to make a delicious bow. After he learned how to make, he used many kinds of ingredients and ways to make bows, and try to find one that is the best one. This step cost him a year and I think it was worthy, because he knows everything about his products and full of confidence for that. Actually after he opened the store most of the reviews that customers gave him were good about his products, that was really inspiring him.
        Step 2: Find an appropriate place. We should know it impossible to sell products in an error area. So we started to think about who will eat breakfast every day, and children are our answer. He finally decided to open the store near a school that parents can buy food for their children when they send them to school. That was a good decision, and he has a stable customers from the first day. Once you aimed your main customer group, you should know which kind of service they want. For example, my brother's main customers need a fast service because people are always busy in the morning. So, he gives customer what they want very quickly is one tip that customers like him.
        Step 3: Prepare everything you need and try to make some advertise. This step is very complicated you have to think about what do you need when your store is opened such as tables, chairs, cookers, you have to think everything again and again in order to make sure that you will not ignore anything. Because sometimes a small mistake could cause you a huge lost. You also have to advertise your store in this step and offer some benefits to customers that let people know when will you open. If you are not a big company, to advertise on the newspaper or TV is unnecessary. Distributing leaflets that include some discounts before you open will be better for a small store.

        Finally when you opened a store and fell successful, do not too proud of yourself. The most important and hardest thing is how to keep you store good as usually, keep your service and products have the same quality anytime. Furthermore try to do another things to let your store getting better and better.
